He moved into the corporate world of packaging sales for a Fortune 200 company where he transferred the B2C sales skills from the insurance world into the B2B corporate business world. In three short years, he was able to move upward into Sales Management and Logistics Management and consistently built upon his personal account base while training sales reps, managing a logistics team, leading branding initiatives, and leading the market in client retention and innovative growth...  Dedication Drives Results...

Over the years, he has launched several start-up businesses (consulting to e-commerce) to challenge himself and sought to find a better way to accomplish goals. After a lengthy career in the paper, packaging, recycling industry, he left the corporate world in the summer of 2015 to start a new challenge – authoring “Who Made These Stupid Rules?”, launching GoalRipple.com and traveling the globe to help other businesses, managers, and business owners to remove obstacles. He has developed Management & Leadership training courses for a major university, his book continues to sell copies across the globe.
